| Explain briefly the idea |
Ethylene oxide is difficult to obtain in small quantity. In such case this reagent can be used. While doing the reaction, there could be loss of 1 mole of Grignard. However, ease of doing the reaction makes this reagent a better option.

Ammonium salt is the driving force for the elimination of ethylene oxide. Therefore it is feasible. |
